Yes! I will always meet yourself and your pet before confirming any bookings. This is to make sure that we are suitable for each other, and we can both answer any questions that either of us may have.

Yes! After the meet & greet, if we confirm any walking/sitting days, I will send you over an online form to fill out covering all the information I may need: your details, emergency contact, pet details, terms & conditions etc. This is mandatory before I will do any walks/sits.

This really depends on which dogs I'm walking. For a general walk, I'm happy to walk up to 5 dogs including Rocket, but I will judge this based on how the dogs behave together. In a secure field I'm happy to take up to 6 dogs.

In the after meet forms, there will be an off lead waiver for you to sign if you would like your dog to be let off lead, but please note that your dog must have good recall. I will make judgements myself as to whether I let them off even if you have asked me to.

This is down to you, but I usually do either half an hour or hour long walks, I only do group walks as an hour.

I try and keep walks interesting by using many different spots, but I try and stay local to where your dog lives. My usual spots include abbyford woods, melon, north Tawton fields, the golf club, father ford lane etc.

For the first couple of walks I will send you photos and updates about how your dog is getting on, but from then on out I will only be posting the photos of the walks daily on Facebook and instagram, unless specifically asked to send them personally. If any issues come about or I notice any odd behaviours, I will of course message you asap.

Nope! Just let me know if you're providing a key, have a lockbox or anything different, and I'll let myself in and lock back up when I go!

Payment can either be done in cash at the end of the week, or preferably via BAC's - I will send an invoice to you at the end of the month for the month we are on, this will be due on the 30th.
